Cashback was declined a couple of months after the order. I did not use any voucher, cleared cookies/cache, etc. If you see the amount of declined Cashback for SB… it’s either dodgy tracking or dodgy business. Annoying that TCB allows for some sketchy businesses to use their platform and refuses to challenge such rampant exploitation.

Double charged for one policy
I opt out automatic renew as renew price is higher than buy a new one. My online account shows one active police but I surprisingly found I was charged twice. They charged for renewing and new police. And I did not receive any email after they take money for renewal. If I did not check bank statement, I will never known I doubly bought insurence for my property. Avoid avoid avoid them.

Very slow.
It took over six months and quite a few messages, to get my cashback for this purchase from Simply Business and I feel I would never have received it if it had not been for the brilliant help from Topcashback Customer Service team. Maybe there was a glitch in the system but this was my slowest payout ever.

Cashback hasn't tracked
I was expecting £62.00 cashback from Simply Business. My purchase hasn't tracked and 6 months later missing cashback claim has still not been settled! AVOID!

Never traced
I bought at least 5 times from this merchant using topcashback website. All 5 times it was not traced. All other merchants trace and if they fail this happens rarely but Simply Business was not traced even once for me

Transaction cannot be traced
Even though I have given the policy number and the invoice number, they still say that my 'Transaction cannot be traced'. I wish I had read the negative reviews before I purchased from Simply Business, because I certainly would have looked for another insurance provider. I can only hope that I don't have to make a claim, because they might just not 'be able to find' my policy.

My purchase didn't track so I submitted a claim which they declined as 'order number not found' the policy number had been included on my claim as no there was no 'order number' on my correspondence. I then provided the 'receipt number' as I still wasn't able to magic an order number out of nowhere. Still declined. Very annoyed, seems to be a ploy to avoid paying cashback to genuine customers. Makes me wonder if my actual insurance is valid!!

Cashback rejected: "Despite having proof of a purchase with the retailer through us the decision is final from the retailer due to the robust systems they have in place". Avoid them.
