	Transaction cannot be traced Even though I have given the policy number and the invoice number, they still say that my 'Transaction cannot be traced'. I wish I had read the negative reviews before I purchased from Simply Business, because I certainly would have looked for another insurance provider. I can only hope that I don't have to make a claim, because they might just not 'be able to find' my policy.

	Declined £10 cashback. Despite having completed the full term of the policy. If you're buying based on the price of cashback. Choose another provider.

	My purchase didn't track so I submitted a claim which they declined as 'order number not found' the policy number had been included on my claim as no there was no 'order number' on my correspondence. I then provided the 'receipt number' as I still wasn't able to magic an order number out of nowhere. Still declined. Very annoyed, seems to be a ploy to avoid paying cashback to genuine customers. Makes me wonder if my actual insurance is valid!!

	Cashback rejected: "Despite having proof of a purchase with the retailer through us the decision is final from the retailer due to the robust systems they have in place". Avoid them.

	Bought and paid the policy via TCB, however cashback was not paid for months then claim declined for no reason. Do not use this merchant.

	Had a terrible experience today with Christian a sale rep @simplybusiness, he wasted 45mins of my time and then told me they do not cover that service. not very professional or appreciative of anyone time, AXA are years ahead of you guys!

	I've now tried to claim cashback on two occasions (separated by doing business for my insurance elsewhere, so not a "renewal"), and have either been ignored or had my cashback declined. I cannot recommend this company for cashback, and won't be doing business with them again.

	Horrible! Simple, straightforward transaction on Dec 2013 was declined, took 2 YEARS to resolve and became approved on July 2015! Avoid!

	Avoid this retailer! They do not pay out the cash back, using excuses as top cash back were not the last link to their site. I don't have any problems with other smaller transactions. They are just using a high rate of cash back to get you to buy then decline the cash back. I won't be using them again.

	AVOID - I bought a policy for them, paid all my monthly premiums etc, and they declined my cashback. Without the cashback, their quote wasn't the best deal for me.

	Took two years to be told no cashback. Thanks to the topcashback team for pursuing this, but to no avail.This company to NOT honour cashback claims
