took out joint building and contents insurance in november. £65.00 cashback has not appeared and no response to my comments. I TOOK CASHBACK INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN CHOOSING THIS POLICY BUT HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE OR REPLIES SO SHEILAS WHEELS HAS COST ME MORE THAN I WOULD HAVE PAID OTHERWISE.

Tracked after a couple of days at £20 for a combined policy. Wait to see now if it progresses o.k. and the remaining £25 is added as it states.

Extremely unsatisfied with this company and how topcashcack dealt with my unpaid cashback query. I bought home insurance from SW after comparing others on top of the cashback they offered, however, I bought it in May and I logged my unpaid cashback claim with topcashcack in June, since then I regularly chase for update and happy to provide any further info if required but every time it got a reply saying we will look into it, we are waiting SW response! However it has been 6 months now, nothing happens! So disappointed!

Poor poor and poor.
Tracked fine, remained in my account as payable £0.00. Did not cancel policy and abided with all T&C's of the cashback. 6 months later - nothing from sheilas wheels or Top Cashback - all I have is 'waiting for merchant'. Not TC fault but I will definitely be avoiding in the future.
AVOID!

I'm bewildered. After running searches through GoCompare.com for my home insurance, I had decided on my top 5 companies. I then took a look at the TCB reviews only to find the majority of them to be poor and to be told to avoid at all costs. I don't understand what is happening! I have been using TCB for about 7 years now and it was only ever the odd time where a manual claim for TCB had to be submitted (with a positive outcome), but now it seems a matter of course (with more often than not, a negative outcome). I don't know whether they have perhaps changed the TCB management team only it seems TCB are losing all credibility in my opinion, and the companies who join don't seem to be taking them seriously and I for one think it's time I began looking at joining another Cashback site where I can feel confident that the cashback will be paid out and that if there is an issue, the cashback site will be on my side. As for my house insurance, I feel because of this, I'm having to carry out double the search and its tedious enough already.I'm back to square one! Not happy!

Been waiting over a year now since 13/10/2011 but no cashback, £45, as was stated. It did not appear in my account so submitted a missing claim and TCB sent to them after the 90 days validation period and it's been stuck as "waiting for merchant" ever since. Have done several nudges to TCB but still no response. I would say think about looking elswhere if you want the cashback unless their insurance quote is low enough without cashback.

Was informed my claim would be put on ice for 3 months as this was a merchant requirement. Claim finally sent to merchant at beginning of april. Still had nothing back.Have a bad feeling about this cashback. Others be warned .
Update....... Now well into June still no action by Sheilas Wheels. I think I may have lost this one

After purchasing there home insurance in december the claim for £20 soon tracked but it then disapeared and went to zero. I had to wait until march until I could put a claim in and now 6 months on and nearly june still no word. I've still got the policy so no reason for a no show....

Bought a policy yesterday which tracked within 2 hours. 5 months estimated payment date is a long while but as I have recently put on Hastings comments, as long as it is realistic I will be happy. They were also 5 months and payment is now due at 4.5 months. What I hate is fantasy dates (Comet) - 2 months past date and still not confirmed. I cross my fingers with Sheilas Wheels.

I did not receive my entitled cashback from this merchant from January this year. I failed to follow it up within 100 days so have lost £45. Make sure you check your account transactions regularly!

I never got my cashback, purchased buildings and contents insurance 20Th Feb, waited, and waited, and waited . . . . nothing. Contacted TOP CASHBACK. At first Sheila's wheels couldn't even find the transaction, when the eventually did they refused to pay out. Apparently they have already paid another middleman (a different cash back merchant) However, I went directly through TOP CASHBACK for this transaction and at no time have I used a different merchant. Only took the insurance out for the cashback so very disappointed!

The home and contents insurance was a good deal, which initially tracked at £20. I had followed the information about ensuring you open a new quote to ensure it tracked. Unfortunately for whatever reason it seems the cashback has been declined as now shows payable as zero. Not entirely happy with Sheila's Wheels but at least the cover was a good price so the cashback would have been a bonus. I don't ever buy anything purely on the premise of receiving cashback.
