Insurance included £50k free legal cover, which I am using and is a really good perk. However, still no cashback after nearly a year.

They never paid up. This is the bad end of cash back, when poor organisations reel you in on a long term wait for cashback and then never pay up because the 100 day limit has been breached. As a result will never buy from Legal and General again.

Took out a Buildings Insurance policy. Sheila's Wheels information suggested that cashback could take 90 days to track after date of policy, so naively I did not pursue the claim immediately when it failed to track. Of course, by the time the 90 days had gone, I was beyond the 100 day limit within which Topcashback normally pursue missing claims. I had to raise a special request, and thanks to TCB I did eventually get my cashback, but I'll never use Sheila's Wheels again. Their policy was nothing special and I only went for them for the cashback. TCB service was great, Sheila's Wheels are shocking - avoid!

Bought home and contents insurance from this company last June. It seemed hopeful for a while then dropped to zero and all this despite topcashback intervention.
NO CASHBACK - bit of a con, leave well alone!!
Can recommend Hastings Direct for car insurance though - quick efficient cash back!!

Valid policy bought in January. Cashback tracked quickly but it still hasn't been confirmed yet and estimated payable date is set for end of June. After reading many people's comments, I'm not overly confident that this will end up being paid - time will tell for this one!

Agree with previous reviewer - waste of space. £45 cashback defaulted to £0. It's now coming up to 6 months since I bought the product, and still no cashback has been paid. It's no good....

I purchased home ins in Sept 2022 and now nearly in May 2023 and no CBack
Still not paid out after asking and both TCB and Sheilas directly. I would not take out a policy with them again. The policy has been in place for double the time needed and is still active, yet no cashback

Lodged a missing cashback claim and even with the policy number, Sheila's Wheels came back saying "cannot be traced". Waste of time and a big con.

No reviews since last year? Interesting - maybe everyone is waiting for the outcome of cashback claims.
Because the transaction didn't track and the claim seems in limbo, 3 months on. Decent price if you factor in the cashback, but take my advice and don't rely on it. Won't be renewing with them or any other eSure sub-brands

I made payment for a full year's insurance through Top Cash Back, it tracked immediately then disappeared within days. Since July 2012 I have been trying to claim the cashback amount due to me without success. TopCashBack have been good but the Merchant apparently cannot locate the transaction (how convenient after all this time) so it has been a completely useless exercise. I certainly wont be renewing with them.

It was over a year ago (Oct 2011) I was suckered in by their £45 cashback offer, though was not THE cheapest insurance. It did not appear as tracked so made missing claim with TCB then kept sending nudge reminders every couple of months. Eventually got response that claim refused as apparently could not locate my purchase or if was through TCB or whatever (bit vague). Seems many other recent comments about them failing to give the cashback - BEWARE.

Very dissapointed with the cash back experience, tracked at £45.45 then went to £0:00 put in a claim after waiting over 2 months then had to wait a whole year ( policy had expired by then)to be told the company had declined to pay the cash back.
Policy a fair price but dont go with Sheilas Wheels in the hope of getting cashback you may well be dissapointed!!

home insurance policy was purchased in march 2010 and the t&cs state that a certain number of days needed to elapse before the cashback would be paid. missing cashback claim was created in april 2010 and over 2 years and a number of "nudges" later i have now been told that i will not receive the cashback. all other purchases i have made via topcashback have never had a cashback claim rejected. very disappointed with sheilas wheels having missed out on £45. i don;t think i will purchase from them again.
