I am trying to get a policy, I get through the whole procedure it offers me a price, then when I click the next button to pay it says they are unable to offer me the quote. I rang there call center to find out the reason as to why it's declined but they couldn't find anything wrong with the application, they offered to finish the application on the phone, however they were unable to tell me if I would still get the cashback if I completed the process on the phone. I'm quite annoyed about this, does anyone know if I can retrieve a saved quote and pay over the phone and still get cashback?

Purchase tracked very quickly but the merchant did pay out with no explanation why, so £45.45 down. Unfortunatey I have missed the 100 days cashback claim, so get a challenge in early.

Took out home insurance. Failed to track. Manual claim made. After waiting over 2 years the £45 cashback was refused. No explanation given, presumably because they couldn't justify it. Definately wouldn't use again. AVOID!

WARNING!!!!! got car insurance in March, no sign of cashback, then put in missing claim they have responded with some excuse and to why they are not payin.

WARNING!!! Do not expect cashback from this merchant. I purchased home insurance in Feb 2011 and are still waiting for cashback. Claim has been submitted but still nothing back from Sheilas Wheels. Take note of this and many others warning, this merchant cannot be relied on to provide cashback, avoid if possible.

Took out policy online on 27 may via tcb - failed to track - after 2 days submitted claim but told this would be put on ice until august. As was not yet on risk, thought it better to cancel and try again. Did everything to the letter thro TCB on 30/5 but has again failed to track. What is going on? Have never before had such problems.

I took out a home insurance policy in June 2010, which I still hold now. £45 was offered and I followed the purchasing instructions to the letter. The cashback did track for a while at a lower amount, after which it was zeroed and I have not received it to date. TopCashBack were informed at the appropriate time and also sent reminders at regular intervals but have been unsuccessful in obtaining the cashback. Very disappointed.

As others have experienced - was expecting £45, but this was reverted to £0. Due to some strange Sheila's Wheels agreement with TopCashback I had to wait three months before my enquiry would be submitted. This happened two months ago and there has still been no response from Sheila's Wheels. In addition to this, Sheila's Wheels took three months to even send me any policy documents. Basically, in every respect a disappointing experience. They won't be getting a renewal from me.

Very very poor, been waiting for over 14 months for cashback to show. Used Topcashback loads over past few years and never had a problem other than with Sheilas Wheels. Sent many nudges throughout the period and still nothing. AVOID!

Dont bother - a complete waste of time - and missed out on £45. So they wont get my business again. Cashback tracked, changed to £0 as outlined, then nothing, still nothing. Couple of nudges, nothing. (5 months on) Commented in the forum and did get some quick feedback. Not what I want to hear though. The merchant wont pay out as they are saying topcashback werent the referral site. I completely refute this, but now cannot do a thing. And have missed out.

Was tracked £20 insted of £40 but dropped into £0 after few days. Re submitted. After more than 6 months I had the following reply from the topcashback. "Unfortunately it appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been posted regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' ". Very dissapointed and becareful when do transactions with this retailer.

Tracked, but then 2 months later declined - despite having bought the policy. Sheila's Wheels also failed to send the documents through, although I have just confirmed that we do have the policy.

Joint Homes/ contents taken out Nov 09. Still no cashback. Policy was more expensive than others, but cashback made difference. This has not been paid. Will not use again.

Took out joint contents and building insurance in November 2009. Not tracked. Complained and chased up a number of times. No feedback from S' Wheels. They had the cheek to ask me to renew. Only took out policy because Cashback brought them into contention, without this not good value. Never use again. Still requesting owed monies. Notice i am not the only one.

Do not touch with a barge pole if you ever want to receive your cashback I have bought from them twice and never received anything. I am now being told that my cashback has gone to a third party whilst I went direct through them and not a comparison site. Very annoying.

It's coming up to the first aniversary of my outstanding cashback claim from Sheilas' Wheels. Despite TopCashBack chasing it up and S'W telling me they've 'sorted their problems out', my purchase still hasn't tracked and I'm not holding my breath! Something constructive - the SW joint house & contents insurance policy I purchased was good value, just don't expect any cashback.

Purchaced insurance November 2009. Did not track at first. Managed to get it tracked with help from Top Cash Back. Has stayed "pending" ever since. Should have been paid by April this year and still waiting...... Possibly get the cash back before my renewal is due???

Bad experience so far Purchased a home insurance policy through TopCashBack site in November 2009 and still haven’t received cashback. Followed all recommendations to ensure transaction tracked but it didn’t. Raised a Missing Cashback claim within days and have followed up numerous times with both TopCashBack and Sheila’s Wheels. SW’s admitted tracking problems at the time and told me in February 2010 that they had ‘resolved the problem’. Yeah, right! I’m seriously underwhelmed. I thought that £65 cashback on a good value £166 insurance policy seemed too good to be true.

Had to submit an enquiry to get it to track. It eventually got confirmed. Days before it was due to be paid, it dissapeared. Top Cahback said it was not paid. Not happy, will never use again.
