Only £20 showing and still pending, what is the chance of me being able to manually claim within the small time frame for the remaining balance.

For the record, just did a home and contents joint insurance, £112 roughly, by having largest voluntary excess allowed on both buildings and contents. Transaction paid for by Ipoints card so hopefully points back for that as well. Started 15:00, ended 15:12 roughly. With £45 back (if they do not give trouble like ESURE did last time), that is £72 net cost. Suits my circumstances. By the say, I shopped around as Esure screwed up my renewal quote. Funnily enough, this is actually ESURE in a pink disguise, they admit it is esure trading as sheila's wheels near the end.

was a bit doubtful because of all the bad feedback but tracked at £20 then upgraded to £45 then became payable after 3 months. No problems at all, exactly as they advertise. dont believe the hype!

bought building and contents insurance not tracking after 2 days judging by comment would normally track within 24 hours wondering whether to cancel policy as topcashback will not chase for 28 days I have used topcashback frequently and got paid eventually in the past

I had the same problem as other users, I took out buildings and contents cover but it only tracked as £20 instead of £45.

I am hoping that I get cash back. However, to those of you who are worried about if they are a reliable company for a claim I can say they are truely very good. I had an escape of water last year and have had to have my dining room and lounge redecorated. They have been on the whole very good. They deal predominantly with text and fax. They do not use e-mail - that can be frustrating if you run your life by e-mail but I got over it. Once you fax them they take around 5-10 days to text you with approval to proceed. They are all very nice people. Because of this I decided to use them again and if I don't get my cashback it won't be the end of the world as the price was good anyway. I have got free legal protection and home emergency cover included so remember to build that into your comparison quotes. I don't think its worth opting for the higher excesses so be careful that you know there is a compulsory excess and an additonal voluntary excess. I decided to go for the compulsory excess of £100 on both buildings and contents and no voluntray excesses as the annual cost for taking a larger exesses only saved me £30 over the year but gave me a potential risk of having to pay out an extra £150 so I thought I was happier to pay £30 in advance rather than be asked for £150 later on. I am quite risk adverse but as I did have a claim last year I am not surprised. Last year I bought car insurance thru cashback with Sheilas Wheels and got a bonus £75 cash back and it did pay out so I am hoping I will get £45 cashback for this combined buildings and contents insurance.

Be careful, I went through topcashback to sheilas wheels and purchased car insurance only to find out Sheilas Wheels is refusing to pay the commission. It has taken me months of communication to topcashback to get told this. Obviously I am not at all happy at not receiving the £45 cashback I expected and would not advise others to waste their time.

Cash back was registered within the next day as a part payment. My documents were delivered the next working day as I paid in full. So will be interesting to see how quick that part of the progress tracks and to how quick if get my full cash back added

Tracked at lower amount first, £20 I think for contents or buildings insurance but has now cleared and been paid as £45 for both after about 60-80 days! Well happy.

I have had the same experience as goldenhair. Buildings and Contents bought but only buildings tracked to date. Hoping that the pay out will be the correct amount after checking...
