I was due £34.72 from this merchant following a purchase in December 2010, it has taken until February 2012 for them to formally decline this with Top Cashback; I have sent a 'nudge' every month and made a legitimate claim yet they have refused to pay out. I have made further purchases with this merchant and I have been paid the cashback so I do not know what the problem was here. The quality of merchandise from Savile Row is excellent but I am very disappointed in their attitude to this claim as I had spent in excess of £250 on this one occasion.

Cashback tracked as normal and due to be paid in a week. Now the cashback shows as declined, there system applied automatically a 15% discount to the basket, so I didn't add any voucher code.
Order taken long to dispatch and not arrived yet. Will not order from them again

Purchased the special offer formal shirts package and delivery was in ten days. To reduce the cost used tcb for 14% back but nothing reported. Waited three weeks and and have had to submit a claim but another three weeks later nothing. Moral don't take it for granted that you will get any TCB -may be better to use some of the direct discounts offered by this site.
