Ordering experience was good and suitcase is just as I expected. However, this was in July and I am still waiting on the cashback. Pretty poor.

Purchase was not tracked. So I submitted a claim for investigation. Then I was granted the claim and proceed to payable, but suddenly now it showed 0, saying the merchant has declined the transaction. What is this? Ridiculous!

We ordered nearly £300 of luggage, attracted by the good cashback rate for ordering directly with Samsonite. The luggage was delivered quickly and is good quality. Unfortunately we're still waiting for the cashback - it didn't track and we put in a claim, but it's over 4 months since our order and we're still waiting.........
