Only gave this 5 star so my post would be noticed.
I have been chasing my cashback for over a year and nothing has happened. I would suggest you do NOT use this company if you hope to get any cashback.

No problems with the insurance, but now OVER 12 months and no cash back received. Has been confirmed for months, but never paying out!!!

I only gave top marks so this would sit at the top of the page and not get buried. It should be bottom marks.
7 months in and still cashback not payable. Even TCB have acknowledged there is a problem. Don't get sucked in they are useless.

Agree with NicholasJohn - it's very odd that some people have a very easy experience (including me) with this company but others can't even get a quote.
I don't know whether I will get my cashback as I insured with them last year but they are still the cheapest even once legal protection is added and without cashback, so I went with them. Are the problems anything to do with monthly/yearly paying??

Got excellent quote with no messing and everything was online instantly.
Cashback level is great and showed up in TCB account next day ... just need to wait to see if it comes thru now then i'll be even happier.

I got exceptionally good deals on two car insurances through this company. It was very quick and easy to get the quotations and to convert them into purchases. All done online, no waiting around for the paperwork to arrive in the post. So far I can't fault them.

I was amazed, considering other comments, that RSA gave me my lowest quote out of all the competition - £100 cheaper than the nearest, and that's before the £40 cashback. Now just have to wait for the C/B to track and come through, and I'll be even happier.

Nearly a year now and still no cashback. Did track at £0 for a while. but this transaction now moved to 'completed' as I asked for payment of other received funds.
Excellent insurance product, but poor cashback experience.

Finally received my cashback. Had to put in a claim, as it became payable at £00.00.
Looks like a good cashback, if you're willing to wait 10 months. So did make a very cheap insurance, in the end!

Cashback didn't track, but after follow up, is now showing as payable after 6 months from purchase.
RSA customer service isn't the best, but their quote was cheaper than many others. The cashback makes up for the poor customer service! Thanks Topcashback team!

After taking out car insurance back in Aug I finally received my cashback this week. After my cashback tracked at £0 and was rejected back in Oct, I put in a claim and a couple of nudges as time went by I gave up getting anything, but by surprise I was paid £45.00. I would like to thank topcashback for there help and good service.
