Would recommend. Purchase tracked immediately. Confirmation took longer than expected but then payment was very quick after that. Overall took less time than quoted. Delighted with the deal .

Totally positive experience.
Purchased car insurance 16/11/09, to commence 30/11.
Tracked almost immediately (1hr), showing cashback pending, amount as expected £80, plus top-up of 80p, payable date 31/1/10, (which was only 2 months rather than the expected 3).
On 29/1/10 payable date changed to 28/2/10, but then, hey presto, on 31/1/10 status changed to payable, and was paid out on my request.
Well done all round!

My purchase was not tracked however i sumbitted a claim and about 3months later it just appeared and was payable within a few days

when i took out cover in October 09 with RAC insurance their cashback deal was also available on monthly payment programme - my cashback account is still on payment pending (now 89 days) I won't be holding my breath!

A great deal on insurance, (£90 with £80 cashback) and relatively quick payment (50 days). The provider and cashback were both very slick.

I have now used RAC car insurance twice as our cars became due for renewal. Each time it has coinsided with extremely good offers of £80 TopCashBack. Mind you I have still gone around the web to find competitive quotes but each time the lowest quote was about £35 above the RAC, but when I took the £80 into the deal I was quids in! And each time the £80 has been available to claim very quickly. Thanks, TopCashBack!

Policy purchased 3/11/09 & still shows as pending. Also noted that the date of payment has moved to the right. Hoping that the cashback payment of £80.80 will be paid now end of Feb 10 - exceeds the 60 day rule...
