Copped out after months of waiting
After months of waiting I finally had the vaguest of refusals that even TCB don't seem to understand. It was less than a fiver owed, but nevertheless I won't use Printerland again and I am having 2nd doubts about TCB as more and more merchants seem to be adopting this blank refusal without explanation approach.

Processed promptly
This showed how it is supposed to work. Order placed with web browser add-on activated. Purchase tracked and cashback appeared in my account and quickly became payable without intervention from me. Out of 16 transactions, this is the only one that has worked correctly. The remaining 15 (with other retailers) have all required customer service intervention.
