	Unreliable company. Delivery is soemtimes within a few days, as they promise. Another time they wait for weeks, ignoring messages and emails, then send an email saying some products are out of stock and my order is therefore delays. Customer Disservice are a waste of time and money. Used to be a great company, getting less and less reliable. I've had enough and will take my business to a company who deliver what I've order - or let me know when there's a problem.

	No cashback received, and after 12months the retailer still hadn't responded to cashback claim. Topcashback were left to advise it was unlikely to be successful. If you are after cashback then choose another retailer. Other aspects of the service were satisfactory.

	Although the purchase tracked back in April - it is now 1st August (4 months later) and they still haven't paid the cashback. I am a regular shopper with PetSupermarket (not through Cashback) and would expect a better and quicker response to my outstanding queries regarding the non payment.

	Not tracked. Therefore no cashback. Therefore won't use again. On top of this delivery takes ages. Rubbish.

	No cashback received but I did use a voucher code. Nothing to say this would prevent cb but guess it's the reason. But I won't order again ! They e-mailed on the last day I was supposed to take delivery (10 days after placed order), to tell me an item was out of stock. Not impressed they hadn't let me know before. Waiting for the item to come back in stock meant they'd hold the whole order, or they'd charge £2.95 p&p (as cancelling that item meant order was less than £29). Pretty poor when I'm a new customer & probably would've ordered again.

	Still waiting for cashback to be confirmed 3 months later. If no cashback forthcoming will not deal with again. No reason for it as I paid immediately.

	This merchant used to be super-fast paying but for the past year I've had to submit missing cashback claim for every order I've placed with them. Really disappointed. I won't be using them or recommending them any longer.

	They did not pay my cashback as they stated I was referred by a different site which I wasn't. This was also my first purchase and their website offered a £5 discount off your first order. Evry time i clicked through to the payment screen this £5 discount disappeared. I did eventually get this refunded by complaining to their customer service team.

	The cash back tracks quickly and pays on time. However, I have recently had a problem with a order and the customer service I had received was appalling. I have been lied to and messed about by members of staff at this retailer and it's breached the distance selling regulations. Very disappointing. I won't use them again.

	I ordered on 3 separate occasions with PetSupermarket through TopCashback and never got any of the claims back. Shame, as there are many good reviews stating they had good cashback service.

	Cashback did not track in Jan 2013. Raised a ticket with topcashback only to be told today that Pet Supermarket are not paying out. Con Artists!

	Shocking. After 14 months they have decided my (valid) claim is not valid as I came via a different route. I simply don't believe it takes them 14 months to make that claim - I think they got fed up with TopCashBack chasing and declared my claim invalid. 14 months? Rubbish! Will not shop here again.

	Pet Supermarket are rubbish. They might have a great range, but their delivery is atrocious. Added to this, the last two time I have used them my cashback has not tracked. (Note that I did give them a second chance to get it right). I'd rather pay a bit more for products that arrive on time.

	I cannot recommend this retailer at all, as they still have not delivered the items I have ordered! Obviously I cannot even comment on their cashback, however I can advise that they don't process your order, don't update you as to the status of your order, don't respond to Customer Service queries, and generally appear to be a very dishonest retailer to purchase from! NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY FOR NOTHING

	Ordered in plenty of time for xmas delivery (in-line with their own delivery schedule) goods didn't arrive, received email today (29/12) to say most of order had been dispatched but they couldn't find 2 items in the warehouse so I have to wait even longer!!! No real apology, no update before xmas to allow me to cancel/purchase alternatives. Terrible customer service/deliveries/warehouse management. Cashback tracked well though, WELL DONE TCB!!! Try harder PetSupermarket, will not be using them again, better prices and service available to me locally.

	The wrong product was delivered and when attempting to return it they kept ignoring my request for them to send the correct product, changed the times of the collection and then claimed the product I ordered didn't exist, which it does as I have ordered it from an alternative retailer.

	Made a purchase in August that did not track so submitted enquiry, now it seems that Pet Supermarket have rejected my claim and said that the cashback has gone somewhere else! I certainly will not bother with them again!

	Quite simply they have no customer service and after I tried to cancel an item due to a delay in sending the order they sent it and responded to my email shortly afterwards, I asked for the item to be refunded and for them to collect it and they refused. They also sent a used item and refused to take the return. They have little care for their customers only their profit margins, I have switched from them to Pet Planet and ZooPlus who both value their customers and help when there is a problem. I have complained and made reviews elsewhere and they will not help settle the matter.
