Cashback did not track, have had to lodge a cashback claim. Item itself arrived quickly (within four days) but the outer packaging was quite beaten up upon arrival. Better packaging is needed.

Very poor regarding cashback, waited 5 months then they come back with 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' meaning I got cashback or used a voucher code with another merchant against my purchase, absolute rubbish!!!. Wont be using them again!!!

Unfortunately I am unable to give feedback on a couple of the
items requested because this is my first time using the cashback site etc and haven't yet made any contact with customer services or yet received the goods. I will comment further upon receipt of goods and further trading. So far all seems very good.

5 days after order, I received an email to say they couldn't source my items and would be refunding me in a few days time. So over a week with my money for nothing. They "feel frustrated" they cant complete my order. So frustrated that I can go on their site today and still order the same products. Plus, their email contained an email address of another customer. Will not be using them again. Oh, and the sale didn't track...

I can't fault Top Cashback for their part in this but the Merchant.. I won't use them again. I have given 1 star for the most part for the merchant and 5 for the quality of the product - i regularly buy the product therefore I know its of good quality.
I used them as they were slightly cheaper than my usual supplier for the dried food I wanted and I needed it quickly so I paid the additional £5 to have it delivered with 1-3 days. I got my order after 8 days, at no time was I updated to tell me that any of my products were out of stock and they were waiting for them to come in. I called them after 4 days and the Customer Service Advisor was not really very helpful basically telling me to phone back tomorrow before 5.. surely they could have contacted me by email?
To make matters worse, the transaction didn't track so when i logged it with Top Cashback they received a reply saying i'd used some other affliate to get to their site - which I didn't I clicked their link and the timeframes match for my order and when I purchased from them.
I will stick to my usual supplier as they are reliable, deliver on time and keep me informed and I know my cashback tracks.

I can't recommend this trader as the goods I bought were badly damaged and some were lost. The packaging was Ok so I think the damage occurred before the goods were packed.

The service itself was ok from pet supermarket but they didn't pay out any cashback for no obvious reason even though I went through the usual channels and lodged a claim. Given most petfood suppliers prices are fairly similar I will try another for cashback next time.
