Normally Pet Supermarket cashback tracks and becomes payable very quickly, but lately this hasn't been the case. For my last 5 or 6 orders I've had to submit missing cashback claims, which then take weeks to be resolved (I still have 3 active claims dating back as far as March 2014).
I have to say I am not impressed and will be looking at other pet products merchants.

Great service from merchant and items always delivered quickly but same can't be said for cashback speed, I still have confirmed transactions waiting to move to payable from August 2013 so the 6 weeks they quote is not correct

Good products, good prices but let down by using Hermes for deliveries. Had to claim for cashback on all my purchases though and still waiting for some to be paid.
