  • What will stop me getting cashback?
    • The policy has been cancelled or terminated in any fashion.

    • Cashback is not awarded on Timecare and Condition Care products

    • Cashback only applies to Lifetime products

    • If a TopCashback member does not have BACS details registered on their account, then the Pet Protect transaction will automatically be revoked from their TopCashback account as soon as it tracks.

    • If you click to retrieve a quote you have generated previously and then purchase, or if you generate a quote and then come back later to retrieve the quote and purchase, you will not be eligible for cashback.
    • Renewed policies are not eligible.
    • A quote is generated online via TopCashback but you then telephone Pet Protect Pet Insurance to complete the purchase of cover.
    • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • What else is essential?
    • You must ensure that you have third party cookie tracking enabled on your device on which you make the application and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window.
    • Cashback is only available to new pet insurance customers.
    • Cashback is payable only on policies taken out completely online. If you telephone Pet Protect and complete your purchase over the phone, you will not be eligible for cashback.
    • In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the Pet Protect Pet Insurance website directly via the TopCashback link, generate a new quote and purchase directly from Pet Protect Pet Insurance.
    • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
    • Although quotes may show as tracked in your TopCashback account this is subject to validation.
    • Your pet insurance policy must be continuously in force for at least 60 days and all your premium payments must be up to date in order to qualify for cashback. Cashback terms will verified and be confirmed and paid by TopCashback to you within 3 months.
    • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
  • What to do when
    • If your policy does not track after 3 days, please raise a claim with TopCashback within 18 weeks of your transaction. Subject to validation the claim will then be processed.
    • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
