	PAUL SMITH WILL NOT ADMIT TO A FAULTY PRODUCT I purchased a pair of gloves and noticed before even wearing them that one of the hands has a clear fault being the knit is coming undone, the other hand is perfect Paul Smith will not deed this as a faulty product and refuse to change the, I am very disappointed response

	Their stuff is great but cash back not so much. Order didn’t track so submitted a claim which was declined with the reasoning that the order was cancelled. The jeans I’ve barely had off since they arrived would beg to differ on that.
