AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, EVERY SINGLE PERSON I HAVE SPOKEN TO THAT HAVE USED THEM HAVE REGRETTED IT. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH.
They are nothing but greedy, lying middlemen, who will charge you £900 in costs to locate an instructor with no availability for an intensive course, then their customer service team are absolutely shocking and disgusting and will blame you for not making sure the instructor didn't have the correct hours. My poor 18 year old daughter worked 15 hour days to try to get herself on the road and they have robbed her over a grand, only giving the rest back due to being forced by Klarna. She now has no instructor, others she has spoken to that have used them have had similar experiences...my biggest advice to you is find an instructor yourself, they will not find you one with hours...you will lose hard earned money to these crooks, its disgusting robbing off children, the company should be ashamed of themselves. Search reddit you will see loads and loads of stories...BEWARE THEIR LYING SALESMAN WHO WILL PHONE YOU AS SOON AS YOU ARE ON THEIR WEBSITE PROMISING YOU THE WORLD, IT IS ALL LIES. Make sure everyone you know is aware of this horrible company, as my daughter has done at her college and work.

Said they didn't have record of my purchase, even with confirmation #
Even with a confirmation number and email, they said they couldn't confirm my purchase. Thankfully TopCashback gave me 50% anyway as a show of good will. Considering the amount I spent with this retailer, not very pleased with their not being able to confirm my order

They lie and won't provide a refund
The website claims that it can take up to 30 dates to book a test after you pass your theory test. It took 3 and a half months to book a test. This test was then cancelled, despite me both calling and emailing them asking them not to cancel it, as I was moving to a new location. After more waiting, they then booked me a new test in the same location as the previous test, just three months later. My contact with their support has been completely uncoordinated from one email to the next, and any actions agreed upon have been later ignored. I have asked for a refund, but have been refused as apparently once they've booked a test they will not allow refunds (even when they then cancel said test). No single experience with a company has left me so frustrated.
