These people have a terrible record for not paying out. This is made worse by the fact that they will not accept claims - does that not say it all? I will never use them again. There is also an issue here for TCB because they continue to promote the cashback offer when there are clearly serious failings. Offering a discount and then refusing to pay out is tantamount to theft and I do think that TCB should remove this trader from their site.

Good discount on holiday- went September 2013 and have only just received payable cashback. Very slow at paying out, but if you are prepared to wait you will get it eventually

Firstly there were no problems with the 2 bookings i made through Olotels. They were competively priced and the stays were spot on. BUT like other posters the level of cashback was a deciding factor. I booked two stays in september 2013 during julyish 2013. Both tracked. However they did not move to confirmed status so in December I raised a support ticket. Within a few days of this both moved to confirmed. However no sign of them moving to payable. About two weeks ago I followed up my customer support claim and they advised that they were working with olotels for the members. I inquired whether this meant other people were waiting for cashback and they confirmed this but indicated they were talking to Olotels. 2 days ago I was shocked to see one of the Olotel payments (the larger one) for £106.20 had moved to payable. I instantly requested a payout and today it appeared in my account. I am still waiting for the other stay which was about £14 but i now have £100 which i didn't think I would ever see. I am unsure about whether I would use Olotels again tbh. The stay was good but the way they have acted about this cashback does make me look unfavourably towards them. Soooo if their prices were similar to other vendors I would probably go with the others instead

AVOID!!! Absolute scam. After nearly a year, still have not paid. Would not have used them if I had not got the posted cashback. AVOID!!!

Almost 1 year on from purchase and still absolutely no response from this merchant on Cashback - so accepted it will never appear. In light of the continual negative feedback on this merchant how long can Topcashback continue to hide behind the stance that "people only complain when things are negative" and refuse to deal with the problem by removing them from the site, stop passing them business and thereby look after our interests as customers. Avoid at all costs would be my advice and if ignoring the continually negative reviews on here do so at your own risk.

Agree with previous comments. Cashback tracked immediately for booking placed in August and still showing as pending. Seems cashback is never paid by this merchant so I will avoid in future.

Booked a hotel with them in August and the cashback tracked and showed as pending in my account. Still shows as pending and looking at the other comments I guess it will stay that way, shame as it was £32! I know Topcashback does not guarantee the cashback from merchants and it should be viewed as a bonus if you get it but surely if a merchant is not honouring it's cashback at all it should be withdrawn from the site?! Come on Topcashback you've been good up until now don't fail your customers, this merchant and others like it should be shown that it is failing in it's agreement in being a partner with you!

Same as everyone else, complete waste of time in terms of cashback - I used them because of the cashback rate, had I known it would not come through would have avoided and booked elsewhere at the same price but for less cashback. Will not use again! And they should not be able to offer cashback then ignore claims TCB need to be more on the members side with companies like this. so disapointing.

Scam. They did not track my hotel booking for Munich. TCB please can you kick these scammers off your site: it's obvious from everyone's comments that they're making no effort to honour their cashback offer. Delete them.

Mine is yet another report of Olotels simply ignoring a transaction and any claims for it thereafter. Transaction made in March 2013 and then nothing ! How long can TCB continue to promote and advertise a retailer with such poor performance and feedback ? Avoid at all costs would be my advice.

Avoid, just like all other comments waste of time, don't expect any cashback - other sites like hotels.com, expedia far more reliable. As for the 97.4 satisfaction rate what & where is this figure based on? - it's certainly not on the payout.

Avoid. Only transaction that has ever failed for me. Seems all to common, which makes me classify this merchant as Vermin. I'd suggest Hotels.com as an alternative.

Not received cashback! raised a case as it was tracking at 0 and was told the following: Yes this merchant did offer cashback at the time of purchase however at this time the merchant did not accept missing cashback claims so unfortunately we are unable to look into this further.

Don't use this retailer. It's an absolute disgrace that we have all been misled here into believing that cash back would be payable on our transaction, but this has not been received by anyone having read these comments. This retailer should be removed from the site!

My cashback via Olotels originally tracked at zero. However, a few days ago I checked my account and surprisingly £20.60 had gone straight into "payable". Guess what folks, as of now the amount payable has reverted back to a big fat zero. What is going on TBC?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Originally tracked at zero but I after my stay the cashback appeared as pending. That was in June, and it's still pending. TCB say there was a "hosting" problem and it's not just me who is waiting for my cashback. Won't be using them again.
