Avoid. Cashback tracked 12 months ago but has never been paid. Nudged TCB every week for 9 months and they haven't made any effort to chase them either. Avoid.

Failed to track.
Only transaction ever that has failed for me. This and others bad experiences means I will never use Olotels again in my life.

Much like other comments below, cash back tracked at £0 immediately after purchase. Guidance advises that cash back will fully track after the hotel stay has been completed. Unsurprisingly, the cash back still did not track after the stay. Attempted to lodge a missing cash back claim and am advised that claims can only be lodged within 100 days of purchase. Woeful misleading shambles.

I'm extremely annoyed and disappointed to find that Olotels cashback has tracked at £0.00 and having read other reviews and comments it is likely to remain at zero. Will not use this merchant again nor will I recommend. Shame on both TCB and Olotels.com

Don't rely on the cash back from this merchant. It will normally be zero cashback, but at least the hotel room was booked.

Tracked at £0.00. TCB say it was rejected. No valid reason. Not allowed to submit a claim. TCB refuse to comment on why all reviews for this merchant are negative and yet they remain a partner site. My first negative experience on TCB and I'm very disappointed by their apparent lack of interest and commitment to ensuring only reliable companies remain cashback partners.

Can only agree with other recent comments. Transaction tracked but zero value. No cashback and no ability to log a claim with top cash back. Will not use them again - stick to other more dependable payers like hotels.com or Expedia.
