Took 3 months to reject a cashback claim of £3.44 on a £86 spend. I apparently didn't meet the terms and conditions, despite being a new customer placing a first time order. Won't be a returning customer.

I ordered with Next and paid straight away for it, however cashback never tracked. I appealed it and it was refused. Not sure why people bother!

Rubbish as always tracks as 0 and never changes. When cashback claims are raised are always rejected.
