• Delivery

  There are a range of delivery options to choose from.

  Spend over £20 and you can benefit from free standard delivery, which will see your items arrive in 2-3 working days (excluding Bank Holidays). Their standard next day & Saturday delivery service means that if you order by 9pm Monday-Saturday or 2pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays, you will receive your order the next day (Monday-Saturday), subject to stock availability.

  Choose premium next day delivery - and order before the above times - and you will be allocated a one-hour time slot for the next working day. If you know you are not going to be around during the week, order before 9pm on a Friday and you can select premium Saturday delivery, with which you will be given a one-hour delivery slot for that day.

  Alternatively, if you place your order before 3pm on a Saturday, you can arrange for it to be delivered on Sunday. Only standard delivery is available to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.

• Returns

  If you change your mind about an item, you can return it within 14 days, as long as it is unopened and in perfect condition.

  To arrange a return, you will need to inform the Nintendo customer support team and provide them with details of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for doing so. They will then take you through the process.

  You will need to cover the cost of returning the item, unless you were sent an incorrect product, and they recommend you use a tracked delivery service. Unless faulty, physical copies of games software cannot be returned if the seal has been removed from the packaging. Digital products cannot be cancelled, unless faulty, once the relevant download code has been used.
