The offer said 15% off for first time purchases. I was a first time purchase and bought a bag worth £170 and should have received approximately £25 back but I got back £3!

Would give no stars if I could - new customer therefore should have received 10.1% - cashback declined as stated different route used to reach the site which is a complete fabrication. Customer service are possibly the worse I’ve dealt with.... I will never use this company again.
