I placed an order in December, more than a month ago, and I am still waiting for it. The parcel company is saying that the parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS. I wrote a couple of emails to myfabrics support email address with no response.

I have been waiting two months for my order since 5th of May 2020 and still didn't receive it which is really, really frustrating. In the meantime, I emailed a couple of times asking about the refund and my emails are constantly ignored. The tracking clearly shows that the delivery never arrived to me
