	Like every other review, took out Policy in Nov 2011, didn't track, submitted claim, and still waiting on response. As others suggest, don't bother, just go with cheapest. Why don't TCB remove bad payers from their listing? It would give users more faith in the cash back system if they banned phoney offers. Shame on More Than, a bad reputation is hard to get rid off, so they'll loose out in the end.

	Well surprise surprise another disatified customer with regard to non payment of cashback.Been ten months since I took out insurance, still awaiting cashback! Must say I have had some great payments via TCB but it is always insurance companies that seem to fail to pay (especially the big name players). Will just go with the lowest quote in future.

	Purchased in Jan 2012 and still waiting!!!! If a merchant can't homour the cashback then don't advertise, I could have easily gone for another company.

	Share the same views as everyone else. Took out my policy November 2011 and submitted claim when nothing tracked. Have nudged TCB several times but they are still waiting for More Than to respond. Will definitely NOT renew policy with them this November but will find a reliable insurer with better customer reviews. Give More Than a very WIDE berth and if you are attracted by cashback offered, then don't purchase, go elsewhere because you are unlikely to get the cashback!

	MORE THAN ARE ABSOLUTE RIPOFFS!! I AM SO ANGRY THE ONLY REASON I WENT WITH THEM WAS BECAUSE OF THE CASHBACK OFFERED! I SHOULD HAVE READ EVERYONES REVIEWS AS MY TRANSACTION TRACKED STRAIGHT AWAY HOWEVER JUST AS THEY WERE DUE TO PAY OUT IT TRACKED TO £0 NOT HAPPY AT ALL I WOULD NOT BOTHER WITH THEM!! 	Wish i'd read the reviews prior to using More Than, one of the main reasons I chose them was for the cashback and they've not paid up. Won't be using them again.

	Con con con. Offer cashback then dont pay it. Why Topcashback is still allow them I don't know. Will never use More Than again so in the long term they lose out.

	Has anyone tried contacting More Than after waiting months for their cashback to be processed? I have been waiting since November and after a few exchanges with Topcaskback I am being asked to wait another few weeks as they are still waiting on a reply from the retailer. I looked through the small print and it does say you can contact the retailer after a long wait for cashback. Has anyone done this and successfully received their money?

	Took out Home Insurance and paid the full years premium upfront. The transaction went straight to confirmed at £40, however 8 Months Later it has still not been paid by More Than.

	Utterly rubbish!!! The premuims quoted are cheaper elsewhere. The premuims quoted through TCB are inflated to include any cashback from TCB. Waste of time and money!

	Echoing what others have said! I made purchase September 2011, following all the rules. It tracked for a while, then tracked as 0.00 for a while longer, and now it has been refused. But look! We're now past the 100 days so I can no longer make a claim?! Utter bull. I can only assume this was delibrate. Shame on you, More Than.

	Just before I was due to receive payment I found my balance had changed to 0 Zero. I contacted MORE THAN and they just referred me back to Cash back. It's now about 9 month and I still haven’t been paid. I will not be renewing my insurance with MORE THAN. I see from others that I am not the only unhappy customer of MORE THAN

	Utter rubbish! Offering great levels of cashback and then simply not paying up. 7 months after policy taken out and Im still waiting for a responce from retailer. If you dont want to pay chashback More Than dont offer it! Ill stick with another provider next time and wont be lured to the dark side!

	tracked very quickly but after the 3 month waiting period it dropped to zero! filed a claim and im still waiting 2 further months on. i will NOT be using More Than again and should have taken more notice of these reviews rather than the £50.50 cashback! be warned.

	Insurance took out with More Than in March 2011. Did not track. Put in missing cashback claim however been refused but took until January 2012 to be notified. Will not be renewing with More Than again.

	Totally agree with comment by Ivybob. Whilst discount offered was v good, the quote through T/Cashback w/site was £46 MORE than a previous direct quote only 2 days before. As a result discount only worth a 1/3 of what was quoted. A waste of time in my opinion.

	Home Insurance Policy taken out in May and did not track, submitted missing query and this has been put on Ice by TCP until August. Don't hold up much hope. Can't see me dealing with the again.

	Don't bother! My Insurance went through in January and still no cashback of £50.50. I won't be renewing with More Than and don't know if I'll be using TopCashBack again because it isn't "top" and I haven't got my "cashback" - RUBBISH!
