	Tracked at £50 for ages, then refused to pay any cashback. Despite being a perfectly valid claim and Topcashback putting in a claim, Morethan refused to pay anything. Will certainly never be getting insurance through them again as they aren't a company to be trusted.

	Purchased home insurance from More Th>n through Tcb in December 2012. I was due £50.50 but six months later only received £10. I been trying ever since to obtain the remaining £40.50 with no great help from Topcashback. Nudges seem to be the only method of contact. Result still waiting after 13 months, paid more for my insurance and neither company seem to care. My recommendation would be that unless your quote from More Th>n was much cheaper AVOID this insurance company. After all if they cannot keep their promises on cashback could you imagine trying to make a insurance claim? Thankfully that policy has lapsed and I won't go back again.

	Purchased home insurance through TC almost a year ago and kept policy in place throughout. All T&Cs followed meticulously. Expected £60.00 cash back as promised but after several months it never materialised. Raised a claim with TC but MoreThan refused to honour the payment as originally indicated. I will not purchase insurance from MoreThan through TC again!

	It appears to be a waste of time trying to get cash back ut of More Than. This is my first experience of using cash back sites and I'm not impressed.

	Don't do it, cash back none existent. Still waiting, Topcashback has had a claim lodged for months and received several nudges still no cash back.

	I work for this company and unfortunately am sad to say that I too purchased car insurance bk in March 2013 .. 26 weeks later still no cashback. Emailed TCB customer services who advised I wait another 4.... and guess what ...... yep am still waiting. I have emailed them again TCB (twice) but have still had no response. I guess this is a very hitty - missy site - some folk are luck and some aren't. This was a very straight forward purchase for my car and I don't understand why I havent been paid my £70.70

	I choose MORE TH>N last year (10/12) just because they were offering £50 cashback, even though they were slightly expensive than the others. Transaction got tracked immediately but was put on ice for 3 months (may be standard procedure) but after 8/9 months cashback was rejected without any reason. TCB has tried to chase them again but no words from MORE TH>N yet, over a year now. TCB's service is extra ordinary but MORE TH>N cashback experience is appaling. I'll never recommend anyone to choose them for cashback reason.

	transaction went through with no probs policy is in place and yet they wont pay out ,and no valid reason given ,sorry never again and doubt if i will use topcashback again .policy was a bit more expensive than normal ,only reason i took it out was for the advertised deal .No reason was given for not paying out ,say no more never again

	Purchased House,Car & 2X pet insurance on Jan 26th 2013, all tracked apart from one within first week, all confirmed within two months and all paid at 26 weeks, £272 thank you MoreTh>n! 26 weeks does seem particularly long though!!

	Took out house insurance with them in August 2012 with a promise of £50 cashback. It is now nearly the end of July 2013 and no cash back has been paid (currently on hold. I can not recommend them you will not get your cashback. I have now reported them to the financial ombudsman service.

	although more than have been a decent company to deal with and competitive prices they wernt the cheapest. i bought home and caer insurance and both cashback transactions tracked then they disapeared, so i had to do a claim. one said approved and now its been sent to be looked at and the other one was refused even though i followed there terms. stay clear of more than if your looking for the cashback

	No cashback received despite opening a claim...it did register as £50 initially on my account but then dropped to £0.00. More Than refused to pay out as they claimed I had purchased via a generated quote through a price comparison site. I had indeed initially investigated in this way but when I decided to purchase the policy a couple of days later I started from scratch, clicked to enter their site through TopCashback and generated a brand new quote which I then purchased immediately. I know I followed the correct channels as I'm pretty fastidious in making sure I follow the correct procedures and always check the terms and conditions...don't go with More Than if you're factoring in a cashback payout to get the cheapest policy as they seem keen to get out of paying out!

	What a nightmare, didn't track, was supposed to get £50 cash back. Been waiting months for Merchant Response. This happened with the car insurance too, eventually after about 10 month they did pay so I was willing to give them benefit of the doubt but TWICE?? Come on More Than, I suggest you dont even bother with offering cashback if you won't even pay up withtout a struggle. The reviews are mainly bad. You're just tarnishing any reputation you have, I certainly will not be using you in the future out of principle, FALSE PROMISES in order to get custom then you hide behind TopCashBack when it comes to complaining about you.

	UTTER RUBBISH If you use the TCB link the price is £75 more expensive than if you go direct or via other comparsion sites. TOP CASH BACK "YOU" are not to be trusted!

	If you purchase insurance with Morethan please do not count on them to paying out on the cashback, I have been waiting since March. What a con!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

	8 months in and I am still waiting for cashback! Was first put on ice for several months by TCB and then been in a status of waiting for merchant. Personally, I would not use More Than and TCB again for this. I went for a slightly higher priced product on the basis of the cashback offered as overall it would work out cheaper. I should have got the insurance from the cheapest quote on the comparison website. I am waiting for £50 cashback and if I had gone with the cheapest quote from the comparison site then right now I would be £40 better off than the wait from TCB. Do not use More Than!

	I purchased a home insurance package a few weeks ago. Nothing tracked. Within the 14 day cooling off period I phoned More Than and tasked them with sending me an email stating that I had indeed gone via a cashback site, or I would cancel the policy. I have got that email, so that's my 'insurance' for the insurance. I was left on the phone for some time though, as it seems their systems are very slow and not joined up. That might explain the poor tracking speeds people are getting. Needless to say, I feel I have evidence if they ever decline my cashback now, so suggest others do the same if they can!

	Awful, ditto to the previous users comments. Took out insurance in Oct 2011, my cashback tracked and then in March it was declined for no reason. I've been chasing it up since and told it will take months. Won't be using More Than again...

	Like many others on here I was expecting to receive my £57 cashback next week but guess what - it's dissappeared from the screen asying it has been refused despite the fact that my insurance is paid in full and is a current policy. I am utterly disgusted with the vendor and certainly will not be recommending them to anyone. I suggest More Than get their act together or else they are open to mis-selling etc. It will be interesting to see what the FSA have to say.
