	Took 2 policies out, 1 on 24/09/09 and 1 on 25/10/09. A bit of a delay and payable date put back 1 month on both however 1st policy has just become payable, £70 albeit almost 1 month after deferred date. Just waiting for 2nd to be paid £78

	The cash back shows up very quickly , but takes a while to become payable, generally happy with this merchant, also competetiv on the insurance when taking into account the cash back.

	Took out a home insurance policy last July, but am still waiting for the cashback (£70). Submitted a claim back in August which has never moved from 'Waiting for Retailer'. I doubt the cash will ever come through. I'll not be renewing

	What a RIP OFF Took out car insurance last August 2009 for £60 cashback. They still havnt paid it. This is false advertising.

	After 9 month's of waiting I have finally received my cheque for £68.00. I did mention to TCB that I was going to contact the FSA Authority if the money was not forthcoming and as quick as you like £68 has appeared! My advice, contact the FSA if you are still waiting for your payment!! They would take this very seriously as it's YOUR money!

	Was thinking of going through TCB to buy More Than car insurance but after reading all the negative comments here it seems it would be more trouble than it's worth. This also bears out with an ASDA cashback I'm still expecting after 3 months. Seems to me that retailers are mis-selling their products and services claiming that customers will receive a cashback when in truth it doesn't happen.

	Been 7 month now and still no cashback! Took out a policy August 2009 and tracked immediately and showed the £80 cashback tracked but this reduced to £0 when it should have been payable. Still waiting for TCB to chase up the manual claim - wont be using more than ever again as i'm not one bit happy with them.

	CONTINUED FROM LAST POST... ....and if I didn't get my cashback offer or if I was dissatisfied with the outcome I would be switching my policy and leaving, as well as seeking further action against this mis-selling. It would be beneficial for anyone who is having problems to post here any dialogue that you've had with morethan so we can get a better understanding of what is going on and where exactly the problem might lie. This way we will be able to establish a trend too.

	ok so it seems to me that there is not one person here who is satisfied with the outcome of this more than offer. Seemingly, nobody has been honoured their cash back, despite promises and assurances from topcashback. And despite this I have tcb's word that i will receive my payment by the due date or within a couple of weeks after that by the very latest. My payment was tracked by tcb and morehtna have confirmed the policy sale as a genuine and valid sale. So, I took the innitiative myself to get intouch with morethan. As commented by everyone on here morethan will deny they know anything of the cashback offer and that tcb have to deal with it and give you the cashback. Dumb person could not understand the concept - that morethan give tcb commision for selling the policy for morethan, and from that commision tcb give you the quoted cashback offer. They kept saying 'oh tcb have promised you the money go to them'. Eventually, I managed to get the idea round this person's head about how cashback sites operate with commision etc. Still they wanted to shrug me off, as if it's a known problem that doesn't want to be dealt with or resolved. So I asked for my details to be passed to the relative morethan promotions department to look into my policy+tcb offer as morethan have apparently confirmed my policy and cashback offer with tcb already. I have asked for some sort of confirmation and feedback (telephone call, letter or email) and after asking how long it would take the staff vaguely answered 'about 5-working days you will get letter I think'. So I get the impression that I've just wasted my time and will be ignored, but rest assured i'll be back onto them asking to speak to someone else if that's the case. I don't get messed around. I have also asked the person at morethan to make a note to the promotions department that I bought my policy on the premise that I was getting a cash back sum from morethan via the cashback site they've geld the offer with, and that if i di

	Cashback may track and be confirmed - However MORE TH>N will then reject the transaction and claim no knowledge of it ever existing. DO NOT use if you are relying on cashback. I will not use the company again as they have acted dishonestly when dealing with me.
