	I purchased my car insurance from More Than on 24 Feb 2010. No sign of cashback to date. TCB is "waiting for retailer". I agree with others that since More Than are obviously so unreliable, TCB should remove them from this site. As long as they remain here they benefit from the "advertising" and continue to attract customers whilst, it would appear, having no intention of honouring the cashback offers. I suspect that More Than will simply wait for my insurance to expire and never pay my cashback. I will not purchase any type of insurance from them again, even if it is cheaper than other providers.

	3 months since the Home and Contents policy went live. Cashback still Pending and not even at Confirmed stage yet. Will be keeping an eye on the status of this over the next 2 weeks and chasing if nothing changes.

	after 12 months had a message from topcash back saying they declined my cashback, took brakedown cover out (the top policy) never used it, didn't renew, then once it run out I get a nice message saying they refused it, they also offered me a renewal at £20 more than previously, wouldn't use them again.

	This has been incredibly frustrating. I bought car insurance on the basis of the £45 cashback offer over 4 months ago and the cashback has still not been paid to my account. I would think twice about any offers advertised by MoreThan...........

	Terrible customer service - terrible cashback - foreign call centres who don't tell you the truth... Ashamed I paid a years insurance with them and moved as soon as I could to another insurer.

	Just got renewal notice, have never received £75 cashback from Oct last year. Phoned MoreThan to query cashback have been told they don't guarantee cashback and I should take it up with TCB (which I obviously have been over last 11 months) - told them they shouldn't be advertising on this site and I won't be renewing with them. When are TCB going to remove them!!

	I have just noticed that It says on here at the info section it's 17 weeks average payout time & last payouts were September 2010 for March 2010, well I have not been paid from Early Jan 2010 yet, not even tracked despite manual claims & reminders, they should sort this out or remove this company once & for all!! Not impressed at all!!

	I also see from reading through the comment that a lot of people from 2009 are still waiting for their cash back. TCB should either suspend this company or honour its payment. Just like them mine tracked fine and then went from payable to 00.00 for no reason, dozens or emails and phone calls later I still havent been paid out. More than should not be allowed to trade on here until it has been sorted out.

	I bought insurance with this company 27.09.2009 and as yet have still to be paid out. Morethan say it is TCB and TCB say it is Morethan. I guess I shall just have to head to the small claims court to get my money. Will not be using them again!

	Bought car insurance X 2 & 1 house insurance in Jan 2010 8 months later still has not tracked or paid out, put manual claim in, nothing has happened to date, still waiting, one of the manual claims has been put in twice, I followed to the letter the procedure for this company for cashback, extremely poor service!!!!.

	This is a great offer and their Insurance compares well to other sites, therefore it is a good option. However, I have still not received the cashback after waiting from the 19th July. So a long wait but I am sure it is worth it.
