	I was supposed to get my phone within 24 hours yet it took over 5 days and several calls to get it delivered. The delivery people were totally useless and lied about attempted delivery.

	Tracked quickly, then paid VERY quickly. I only got my mobile about 6 weeks ago! It's been faster cashback than some other transactions that date back to months and months ago! Well done mobiles.co.uk and Topcashback. :)

	so far this merchant has been useless - beware. Cashback tracked quickly -as 0£ ! and was confirmed for the same amount a few days later. Have contacted the very good cashback team but so far no action. Dont forget to cancel the ridiculous insurance and gadget support that costs a lot and is placed on your order.

	Cashback declined despite the fact I do have a phone contract bought through them. Nightmare from start to finish as my phone was barred without warning from Orange as I needed to provide more I.D. Took 2 weeks to sort out. Was going to get my husbands contract through them but will definitely look elsewhere!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

	Cash-back logged, but showed up as £0.00 on my topcashback account, sent enquiry but haven't heard anything back :( Mobiles.co.uk is still a good deal, but don't rely on getting the cash-back....

	Mobiles.co.uk were advertising £40.40 cashback for the product I bought. Tracked at £30.30, would not allow me to raise an enquiry cos "this merchant tracks at.... will be uplifted etc" It didn't uplift and I only got £30.30 paid, but it paid quickly, so quite happy!

	Purchased an upgrade on 18 September and still waiting for it to be tracked (now 27 October). Would not have used this route without the cashback as could have got a better deal elsewhere. Would not use again.

	Tracked and paid out quickly. Please note that this merchant automatically added a monthly insurance premium and a monthly technical helpline premium to my mobile phone contract, both with a free first initial period. They did display this up-front when I was ordering although there was no option to decline. Cancelling both was hassle-free.

	Cashback went through without a hitch. Fabbo! I didn't realize I'd be signed up for additional technical support and insurance with my phone though. #These were easy to cancel but I was a little miffed that I was not warned I'd get them or given an option to opt out. (Not TCB's fault though!!)

	Cashback tracked and paid extremely quickly, within just a few weeks of receiving the phone. Site service was excellent, phone good value and arrived the next day all as described. Would recommend and would use again.

	Up until a year ago I'd used this merchant extensively without any particular problems. HOWEVER, I've now been waiting over a year for the cashback on one contract (enquiries seem to have got no-where despite regular nudges. Then this month a transaction tracked but has just gone to payable at "0". Meanwhile I have ordered another contract on the basis that they do pay as promised; it tracked like lightening BUT I am now seriously considering sending it back as soon as it arrives because i no longer trust this merchant on here.

	Cashback tracked within a couple of hours. Ordered Free phone (Xperia Ray Fantastic Mobile by the way) Friday late PM Arrived Tuesday AM. 12 Month contracts are great no long tie ins. All geat so far just need to submit line rental cashbacks when they occur, positive experience so far.
