	On a different order, they failed to process the PAC code provided on ordering, then refused to transfer number after ordering. When cancelled contract as they couldn't transfer number, they then used debt collectors to try and claim money for the contract on the phone they failed to transfer number to. Had to involve Charles Dunstone, but still took months to resolve. Avoid at all costs!

	Cashback declined after 9 months of chasing. Said cashback attributed to internal source. Even though whole transaction completed online and cleared cookies before transaction. They are unable to say who the commission was attributed to internally at mobiles.co.uk!! avoid.

	Cashback refused on basis that I didn't complete online/blah/blah/blah. Advised to 'clear cookies' next time. I'm NOT a numpty!!!. These things were done and EVERYTHING was processed as it should be. This is quite literally the first time I haven't received cashback on here. Won't be using Mobiles.co.uk again!

	buyer beware mobiles,co,uk activate the phone contract at the time of purcahse so if like me you shopped early for christmas you will pay for the Orange contract whilst the phone is wrapped under the tree. Something to consider when you are thinking of online versus the highstreet. The response to my email was "The airtime contract you purchased with Orange is activated at point of purchase as that is where and when the request and security checks are done. No network, either online or through their stores offers the opportunity to delay connection. The deals and tariffs change on a daily basis and you chose one and purchased the deal. We are not in a position to refund line rental because you are not using the contract you purchased".

	Purchased in June .cash back never track, merchant didn't ativate puck code,many telephone calls and visits to carphone warehouse to sort out. despite raising a claim and 3 nudges later, i still have not had a response from topcashback or mobiles.co.uk. would avoid at all costs.

	Avoid like the plague, purchased an iphone in March 2012 and after 8 months of trying to gain the £30 cashback that was due from my order, they decide the sale was not a topcashback referal, an absolute lie since it tracked through the Topcashback system. Avoid at all costs....

	Well after 11 months cash back is now payable but guess what it is zero! And too late to do anything about it! Wish topcashback would try and get reputable companies to deal with now got about 8 or 9 zero cash backs over the last year

	Just bought 2 Samsung Galaxy Y phones (refurbs) and got 2x£25 cashback within one month. Now bought a third for a friend. I have used monthly cashback on phones before wihtout any problems. Just make sure you send your correct bill on time by recorded delivery. My present deal (22 free months) means I get 24 month contract for £15 plus i get £25 cashback meaning they pay me £10 to have the phone for 2 years. Beat that.

	AVOID - I used them to buy my iPhone, complied with all their requirements but never got my cashback nor an explanation why. Next time I will buy somewhere else.

	Purchased a new contract phone on 27th Aug, on 15th Sept I noticed that the purchase hadn't been tracked and so I opened a claim. Three weeks later it is all sorted and my cashback is now payable! Very happy with TopCashBack & mobiles.co.uk for sorting it so quickly.

	Took a refurb Wildfire S 6/6. Tracked straight away. Now gone to £0. No contact from TCB to advise. Raised a claim but not hopeful given experience of others here and on HUKD.

	Concerned by the various comments with regards to this site not tracking or tracking and then not paying. No problems on my two contract purchases. Both tracked fast and both now moved to payable. Excellent thats £60 towards my already low contract costs.

	I brought a £20.50p/m 18 month t-mobile contract with mobiles.co.uk in particular because of the £60 cashback offered. It was also a part of carphone warehouse, so I thought it would be repubtable. However the cash back was declined & I have no idea why, I kept to the terms & conditions. Also the same contract was available from other retailers so I was unhappy that I had not shopped elsewhere & recieved the cashback without question. I put in a missing cashback claim & Top Cashback were very helpful, it is now showing on my earnings page but not as of yet been paid. Im happy that it has been sorted but it would have been better if they had honoured the cashback as originally promised. I won't be shopping with them again & as soon as the contact has finished I will be cancelling it.

	Well I was wary after reading some of the other reviews here but my cashback tracked immediately and was payable within a month. Excellent. Can't fault them.

	Cash back tracked and paid within 30 days. My original phone had a a fault with the wifi and they exchanged for another without any problems at all. I have yet to claim the extra cash back direct with them....
