Purchased on 1st January and still waiting to be paid
Taken 6 months already and I'm still waiting on my £100 cashback, Sent tickets to TCB but they just say they are waiting to be paid the money to pay me. Why are TCB still allowing this website to be offering cashback through there site if they are not paying out??

Refused to pay out as the order cannot be proved to have come through TCB. Without evidence, this is an easy excuse for this retailer to use. When buying a new phone, do not count on this vendor for cashback

Still awaiting cashback
I purchased a Samsung contract from this merchant, on the basis £100 cashback would be received. I purchased phone contract on 6th December and I am still awaiting my confirmed cashback.
Apparently Topcashback are chasing this up, but they haven't been paid either, in order to pass payment to me.

Claimed my purchase did not come through TCB
No cashback given due to retailer claiming that my purchase did not come through TCB. Of course, TCB customer service will not act, provide all the usual reasons as to why it may not have tracked, and so will not be resolved (bear in mind I used TCB 3-4 times that day and all other purchases have tracked perfectly fine). Will not try and purchase through this merchant again.

The have declined my cashback previously and this attempt although credit check with o2 was approved and they took upfront payment of £690 they have now cancelled my order

AVOID! Don't trust them they advertise one amount for the cashback and give another after you make the purchase. I purchased an iPhone 12 well over a year ago the cashback was meant to be in the region of £40 they gave £10. When I disputed this with them it has taken 1 year and 6 months and the claim is still not resolved. AVOID!
