I bought £125 worth of goods and expected to get 5.05% cash back, however my account showed £0.00 cashback?!!! Have no idea why???? Don't know who I should be informing and how to find out why this is???? Feel like I've wasted my time and although it's not a lot of cash back lost, it all helps in the current climate!!!!

Tracked quickly but confirmed after expected payment date (6 weeks after tracking). Now just waiting until payment is confirmed... just be a bit patient with this merchant, the cashback comes though eventually! I'm happy! :)
