If you are aware that you may not be able to accept the delivery of your order, please make suitable, alternative arrangements. Maplin like to get your order to you as soon as possible and, as a result, you may receive your goods in separate deliveries. Maplin deliver all over the UK, but their delivery services may take longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is still in its original condition.

Maplin accept returns, subject to the rules outlined in their returns policy. If you request a return for an item during the above time frame but you can’t return it to Maplin for some reason, you should get in touch with Maplin. You should note, any refund will be at Maplin’s discretion.

If you believe there is a fault or defect with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

All returns are tested by Maplin’s technical team to verify the error or defect reported before any exchange orders or refunds can be processed. Where they are unable to offer a repair or exchange, you will be refunded in full. If the item is found not faulty or defective, Maplin will contact you to find the best solution and, of course, action.
