	Wouldn't bother trying to earn cashback with ManyPets Pet Insurance Claim declined after 4 months Topcashback require a 16 digit policy number while ManyPets provide a 6 character plan reference. It took a few phone calls with ManyPets to obtain the 16 digit policy number to raise a claim. Which eventually got declined even though I have an active policy with ManyPets.

	Forget cashback Took out multiple dog insurance, didn’t track. Tried manual claim TopCashback had time and date but needed 16 digits policy number. I have two 4 digit policy (one for each dog.) asked many pets many times for 16 digits but they aren’t helpful and other than automated reply nothing.

	Rejected my cashback claim I Would have scored them no stars but it wouldn’t let me. Had to submit a missing claim form, after 5 months they rejected my claim, I will be going elsewhere for my pet insurance in future

	After a year ManyPets did not pay out for the £377 ManyPets did not pay me any cash back on the £377 lifetime cover I bought for my dog. Topcashback themselves paid me £21 as a goodwill gesture. Very disapponted as since then I have bought a second year policy with them. As it rolled on from the first policy I'd no option to gain cashback for the 2cd year. ManyPets just ignored all correspondence from Topcashback relating to my claim, they tried contact for 14 months.

	Message from customer services after company didn't honour cashback: "Unfortunately it seems that the merchant has taken the decision to decline this claim, and due to this we have not received any cashback to pay over to you or to add to your account". Won't be using this company again.

	Awful. Everything done via top cash back and through to merchant. Had to chase but declined saying they can’t trace it. They seem to have managed to find the direct debit mandate!
