Deserve zero stars
Cashback declined even after submitting missing cashback claim. Pathetic, should be completely removed from topcashback. It is misleading customers suggesting cashback is available when it isn’t.

Nothing showing here for Manypets. Used the link and bought 2 policies, but nothing even showing as pending in TopCashback from 4 weeks ago and counting.

Denied Claim for cash back
Didn't get cash back because they claimed the reference i provided wasn't sufficient. I literally have a policy with them so I don't understand why. Not worth claiming with them. I just closed the claim because I didn't have the energy to go back and forth with them.

Wouldn't bother trying to earn cashback with ManyPets Pet Insurance
Claim declined after 4 months
Topcashback require a 16 digit policy number while ManyPets provide a 6 character plan reference. It took a few phone calls with ManyPets to obtain the 16 digit policy number to raise a claim. Which eventually got declined even though I have an active policy with ManyPets.

Forget cashback
Took out multiple dog insurance, didn’t track. Tried manual claim TopCashback had time and date but needed 16 digits policy number. I have two 4 digit policy (one for each dog.) asked many pets many times for 16 digits but they aren’t helpful and other than automated reply nothing.
