Chasing cashback for months
Avoid. This retailer withdrew from TopCashback after I had made a purchase through them. This made lodging a missing cashback claim very difficult, and the initial response I received was that I would not be able to lodge a claim as they were no longer on the platform. It took months to resolve, then, while awaiting the cashback to become payable, it was removed from my account and I had to start a new cashback claim. I think the original purchase was in April, the cashback became payable in November. TopCashback customer service team were very helpful providing regular updates that they were chasing Malaysia Airlines, and did resolve this without requiring too much time on messages from my side.

None of my transactions tracked. This greedy merchant should be removed from topcashback. If they don't want to pay commission then why do they use affiliate marketing to boost their sales.

Well, they've stopped giving cashback now anyway but mine (a few weeks ago) never tracked. The only reason I went with Malaysia Airlines was because of the short stop over times on the way to Aus. From the experience of others, I wasn't expecting any cashback and... never got it!

As with everyone else, this does not track. Used them for 2 separate flights in December and neither has tracked. Don't even know why they are still on here - TCB needs to remove this vendor.
