Only tracked at £30.30 instead of £60.60 which does not suprise me as i see it is supplied by Southern Electric who never pay cashback so not expecting a penny from this.... BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

It has now been 2 months since my cashback claim for the 2nd half has been taken off ice and still no further news. It is tracking as scottish and southern but ultimately the deal was through M&S and incredible how slow the process (and the correction of amount payable) is.

Tracked at half the proper amount and have been waiting 7 months !!! contacted them directly and they said they would ring back........ still waiting !!!.:@( Certainly looks bad on M&S !.

Signed up for duel fuel,tracked right away but only on single fuel not duel fuel. Now waiting to see if payment up grades to duel fuel. On reading other comments not very hopeful. Not hopeful of any cash back.

was going to buy the duel fuel but after reading 29 reviews saying no one has had any cash back don't think I will. I don't understand why top cash back keeps them on here if they never pay. Come on TCB sort it out! Cash back is your business and if merchants don't pay you should do something...

Like others I am sceptical of M&S's tactics. I received a message at the end of the sale process asking me to call an 0800 number as there was an error with my email address. I am sure there was no such error as I have since received two email messages confirming my switch. I suspect this is to avoid paying cashback as the sale will show as not completed "wholly online". Very poor, and if confirmed I will certainly cancel.

It seems that like many others my Top Cashback transaction cannot be traced by SSE, so no cashback. As my application was conducted purely through Top Cashback and the electricity was supplied from mid-January, I feel cheated. Avoid this merchant. Can M&S be aware of SSE's apparent malpractice? Puts me off other M&S services!

Avoid, avoid, avoid, waiting for cashback since April 2012 and this month after lots of nudges it seems that I never will as account has been declined. Sort it out Topcashback, it is surely fraudulent to keep advertising this as so many have not been paid out!

Been waiting since the beginning of October 2012 (now 15 Feb 2013)...still NOT EVEN TRACKED for my £23.20 and still paying M&S £45 a month (OAP...single bedroom). Queried with TCB and showing "waiting for merchant" since 15/12/2012. VERY SLOW, VERY POOR!

Similar to other comments, M & S cashback is a complete joke. Topcashback have not helped in the slightest in the matter and are simply watching from the sidelines. Standard response from TCB that "it is up to the cashback provider to agree the cashback NOT TCB". Surely, TCB should ensure that the providers they use adhere to a strict criteria. Come on TCB get your hands out your pockets and get a move. Over 3 months and still awaiting the dual fuel to track properly.

I got my £60 after nearly a year, there is a fault with the second fuel and you need to get TCB to sort it out. Get on the TCB forum.
