Absolute waste of time. I applied for single fuel as was getting promotion cashback of £40 - didn't track at all, still hasn't and had open ticket with TCB for several months. Contacted M&S via their website, the took a week to give me a call just to say that they can't help and they don't know anything about TCB... Don't think i'll ever see my £40 :(

Just like many many others, it is worth doing, but DO NOT expect cashback. Funny how all others track except this. Have lodged a ticket so more months waiting to hear (probably wont now)

TCB 'merchant notes' state, "M&S Energy cashback is available through Top CashBack on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online". After I'd finished applying I got a message on the web page stating I had been succesful but that I had to call M&SE on 0800 number because there was an error with my email address. During the process I input my email address perfectly, twice - so I wonder if this is a deliberate device to avoid paying TCB on the basis that the imaginary need to call causes a breach of the "completed immediately and wholly online" clause... If you get this I suggest you ask M&SE to confirm by email that you will get the TCB - and that you cancel if they do not.

It seems that many others have had a similar experience to me. Signed up for duel fuel but only received the single fuel amount. TCB is looking into this but have received nothing yet and others have waited for over a year. Do not sign up if you are relying on Cashback as you may not get it.

I bought dual fuel energy from M&S Energy having seen the offer at TCB and done the usual comparisons. Another in the seemingly long list of people who have been lured and dumped without receiving cashback. And they get the honour of being the first company about which TCB seem powerless to help. Avoid.

Ms Energy is a joke i signed up for it after looking for energy suppliers through cashback waited for ages put in a missing cashback claim only to be told that i had singed up through somebody else not through cashback. Told cashback this is not true and MS energy would be the losers as i will end my contract with them as soon as i can i think they MS energy offer cashback then dont want to pay up ifeel ripped off

My cashback was declined. I cannot see any reason why, have queried but still £48 out of pocket. No way am I going to be a repeat customer! Top Cashback seemed to do what they could to help, but no joy. Not happy.

Cashback tracked but got declined,, waste of time getting money thru TCB but received £10 m&S voucher (single fuel) for joining them which was quick. For those who may join m&S for CB, I won't bother but you do get a voucher thou.

Applied Sept 2013 for two addresses. Cashback failed to track for both of them. After lodging 2 claims on tcb I received a message 8 Jan 2014 saying "Claim could not be found using the information provided" even though I gave them the exact date and supply numbers ! All a mess really - would stay well clear.

Only tracked for half the amount despite being a dual fuel purchase. Confirmed at half the amount, so the 'spiel' about it being 'uplifted' is cobblers, TCB are pocketing the other half.

Signed up for duel fuel and only paid for single fuel purchase. Upon reading other peoples comments seems this happens to most of us. Topcashback should not be working with retailers like this very disappointed. Also took m&S energy 4 months to complete my switchover. Would not recommend.

Second time I've been stitched up by M&S on Cashback. The first time it was £110, now it's £46 for dual fuel which didn't track and after nearly 6 months of waiting they've rejected my claim. TCB interestingly state that it was part of a group of transactions which were rejected for the same reason. TCB should stop them from offering Cashback, to me it's tantamount to being fraud by offering great incentives to join but failing to pay out. NOT HAPPY.

Not tracked. Also had the message when I confirmed the transaction that I needed to call them as they had an issue sending me an email. Now tbc seem to not offer cash back from m and s energy. What a con!!

As with others, signing up received a message stating there was a problem with my email and to call their contact centre. Did not track, looks like a con. I will be cancelling and going elsewhere.

Since taken out gas & electricity not surprised to see that it's SSE who prove the energy for M&S the very same company who have recently been fined millions for misleading customers. Judging by other people's comments they have no intention of paying out via TCB they just want people to sign up. DON'T go with M&S if you're expecting cash.

Tracked correctly but became payable at £0. Was still sort-of worth doing for the M&S vouchers (not part of topcashback offering). M&S Energy customer service dire - SMSs received in the middle of the night, website not working properly, etc. Probably best go elsewhere unless the M&S offering is a *lot* better than the others.

Nearly a year since starting transaction. Despite chasing Top Cashback every month still no nearer getting cashback. Avoid like the plague unless the cashback doesn't matter. Can't believe they are allowed to keep advertising on site.

As with all other comments, totally agree that TopCashback should suspend any promotion on behalf of Marks and Spencer and SSE until all outstanding claims settled. Been dragging on for months, including raising a couple of nudges. Will give TopCashback an undeserved bad name if not sorted!

It has been over a year since I signed up to SSE via M&S energy and still no cash back. SSE say that I have cancelled the order. How that's possible is beyond me as I am receiving gas and electricity from them and get regular bills etc. So far TopCashback seems to be trying but considering how many people have complaints with SSE I feel that a clear message needs to be sent to SSE and they should be kicked off this site. It seems ridiculous to have been spending the last 13 months chasing after £46 but I now want to take it further as I only took the deal out because of the cash back.
