Don’t rely on cashback!
LV state they cannot find policy number or email to match my claim which I did through topcash compare.
I have screenshots of policy no and time and date credit card payment of the order placed through topcash compare!
So they are lying !
Do not rely on cashback! I was due £33.00
I will not use this company again, even though I have had many policies with them over the years!

Took out 2 polices. Both tracked fine then 1 got paid but the other was declined. So be very very wary as this is getting to be a common practice not sure who's doing it, could be either party.

Cashback is stated at a certain amount, you enter into a transaction in good faith then LV subsequently decides it is going to pay it a lower rate. You raise a claim and some months down the line you are told 'tough luck, they can do want they want'. I don't suppose they particularly need my custom and they won't be getting it in future.

Fake offer. Promises £47, then tracks at £16. No one will look at my claim for 60 days, by then it will be too late. No customer service, very unhappy.
