	They Refuse your Cashback I would have given 0 stars if possible. Used this Charlatan company for a number of travel insurance policies, as did my colleagues. They refused to accept the Cashback claims, blaming Cookies and IT, rather than accepting that the offered Cashback was too generous (now changed) and they just had no intention of honouring their T&C's. If you need Insurance, and are expecting to get the Cashback you deserve, stay as far away from this company as you can. Top Cashback though have been very supportive in all my communications with them.

	Declined with no reason £20 cashback declined on a policy bought correctly. If you are expecting cashback to make this supplier look more competitive I would say go elsewhere and buy a cheaper policy from another supplier.

	Declined Ive been using TCB a long time and rarely get declined and if I do it's because I've returned an item from an order. Love It Cover It declined my cashback so I filed a Missing Cashback Claim against them. Just had the results back and they are still declining it, with the reason being "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase". What a joke. I'm still going to argus the case with TCB and will leave a poor review for LoveIt Cover It on Trustpilot and would urge others to the same. If the cashback had been validated then I was going to purchase another policy from them but will purchase elsewhere now.

	Declined cashback Merchant declined cashback but didn't hesitate to wait more than 14 days to make sure the cooling off period has finished and therefore no cancellation can be made to policy, just as the user below had mentioned. Really disappointed with this, would've gone with different company if I knew this will be the case.

	Didn’t pay out my £12 therefore expensive cover. Only used due to cash back. Cash back not paid, yet only informed me that it was declined at the end of the 14 day cooling off period so can’t cancel policy. Waste of time, effort and money. I guess they’ll be terrible if I need to claim too.
