Don't rely on cashback
Rejected the missing cashback claim citing terms and conditions were not met - but no information as to what wasn't met.

Declined cashback
Merchant declined cashback but didn't hesitate to wait more than 14 days to make sure the cooling off period has finished and therefore no cancellation can be made to policy, just as the user below had mentioned. Really disappointed with this, would've gone with different company if I knew this will be the case.

Didn’t pay out my £12 therefore expensive cover.
Only used due to cash back. Cash back not paid, yet only informed me that it was declined at the end of the 14 day cooling off period so can’t cancel policy. Waste of time, effort and money. I guess they’ll be terrible if I need to claim too.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID - AVOID ALL TIME I have no option apart from writing this review to let other people know how this company will deal with you when you are trying to make a claim when something happens to your gadget. I took out my Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max insurance with this company about 6 months ago and recently went out in London and I lost my phone in a taxi on my way home. I reported this claim almost three weeks ago and I am still without the phone. The claim handlers name is Talor and she doesn't know what she's doing, I have been asked more than 3 to 5 times for the same details again and again to be honest with you it's the worst experience I ever had in my life. Provided every single details been answered. Most important providing 3G network proof for Barring lost phone. They are more interested in finding out where is my old phone, (which I have already tried finding and was unsuccessful), rather than giving me a replacement phone, which is why I purchased this insurance policy. I will recommend everyone to think plenty of times before you choose this company for your insurance policy. All they want from you is monthly payment but in return they are just going to waste your time by not providing you anything when something happens to your phone. Stay away from this company, they are unwilling to help.
