purchased an electrical product in early April. Received a faulty product, and requested a return and refund. They accepted and said they'll send a courier to pick it up. Courier doesn't show up. I complain, they reschedule, courier doesn't show up. I complain, now they say they are "investigating". It has been well over a month and I am still getting "we're investigating" response. There's nothing to investigate - they sent a faulty product! Until you have a problem, they're fine, but beware if anything goes wrong. Plenty more of ethical sellers out there, LookFantastic can forget about my custom forever
