All good, fast payment I bought tickets for a London musical at the end of August. My purchase tracked and was paid within three weeks. Very fast indeed.

Cashback has reduced for no reason £5 has been wiped off the cashback for no reason after the show. Not impressed.

Twice they’ve declined cash back I received theatre gift cards so used these to purchase however they’ve declined the cashback for two separate purchases it’s not stated anywhere that gift cards cannot be used, and as they are a form of payment it doesn’t make any sense to not accept and pay!
