Tracking issues
Same as many others in the list, the last 12-18 months I have to submit a missing claim request as Lego orders never seem to track automatically.
I normally give it 2-4 weeks just in case, but every order this year has had to go down the same route.
It's pretty frustrating and you never know where you stand and if you will get the rate that you have gone in at.
Some vendors have massively improved over the last year in speeding things up. Lego seems to have gone in reverse.
Always happy with the service I receive from Topcashback though.

Great products but awful service
They just cancel anything I order because of me been fussy and not wanting the sets if they arrive damaged or they don't deliver to my address and expect me to travel miles to collect!

Always pays out, even if claims dont track right and a claim is opened. Lego always honour it.

Need to check VERY CAREFULLY that the level is correct!
This initially tracked at the wrong (lower) rate and we had to raise it as an issue. It was resolved, but lesson learned: check the level very carefully and raise an issue quickly if it's not correct. It could also make clear that the relevant amount is exclusive of VAT - if you think about it, of COURSE it is, but it's not exactly shouted from the rooftops...

Seems to pay out every time
Surprised how many reviews are poor, I've had consistent payouts at the correct rates 15+ purchases, a couple have tracked at the wrong rates, both to later payout correctly when submitting a claim, and only one was declined, but then did later payout fully with a claim. Takes a while, but overall very impressed.

I've never got cashback from Lego to work, always the excuse that the tracking cookie isn't complete or something. Very annoying as I spend a lot of £££ on their website (maybe that's the reason).

I had 3 cashback pay-outs declined for no reason, and Top cashback were good enough to reimburse me 2 of the payments i have been waiting over 3 months for approval on the last one that tracked

Cashback declined for no reason
Made a large (£250+) purchase directly through the Lego store without the use of any discount codes, and the merchant simply refused to pay cashback without giving any justification. Very disappointing from a company that prides itself on customer service.
