Don’t bother FAKE
Don’t waste your time with this offer it’s fake, I don’t blame top cash back as they did try and get it sorted for me but even they couldn’t get a reason why it got rejected

Never paid out
As seems to be the case with everyone else who fell for this fake offer, L&G never paid out despite paying the premium every month for over a year. Submitted a missing cashback request, which was rejected, then appealed the decision but Top Cashback have now blocked any further appeals so it looks like we'll never get the payout. Confused as to why this offer is still able to be advertised despite all the negative experiences people are having??

Terrible
Terrible service from Top cash/ legal and general.
Gone well over the 22 weeks, submitted a support ticket and just been told “wait”.
No sign of any cash back payment and I could have got a £120 voucher if I had gone directly with legal and general.
Will never be using TopCashback again.

I would give zero stars if possible!
Shocking Experience with Legal & General for a Critical illness cover .
After 6 years of payments on the insurance when I have done a claim , they have declined my claim after 8 months of investigation as well as cancelling my insurance and they have returned my payments back .
Why didn’t they tell me after a month, a year …????
At this stage no other company will offer me a insurance , probably if I died, my wife and kids would have been homeless by now
