While, at the time of writing, there were not many LATAM Airlines reviews left by our members, the feedback which had been submitted was all positive. One traveller said: “I booked a flight on Tuesday, the cashback was in my account and payable on the Saturday — four days later. No complaints here.” The other comments which had been left also mentioned the cashback process, and included “progressed normally and cashback paid” and “cashback didn’t track immediately and took a while to get it, but got the expected amount once they tracked it”.
While it’s true to say the LATAM Airlines review feedback on Trustpilot is disappointing overall, you will find some very good comments. One customer stated: “I had 30+ flights with LATAM and they seem to be very firm and professional. Flew recently from Manaus to Barcelona with a stopover in Sao Paulo. Check-in quick and efficient, two pieces of 23 kilos free of charge and free snacks on board.”
Someone else wrote: “I’ve been very impressed with flying LATAM Airlines. The LATAM Play app is really good, so it’s not necessary to have screens on seats. The lounges were really nice, including the sleeping areas in Santiago and Lima.”
