Purchased £180 bag for my wife and the retailer (Karen Millen) canceled the cash back, a claim was put forward only for Karen Millen to say the order was canceled, yet I am £180 lighter and have received the product... disgusting service from Karen Millen!!

Bought a 175 pound dress. Purchase never tracked and no reply whatsoever to my claim from TopCashBack as well.
Going to give it another try by making a second purchase today. If it still fails, I'll swear off buying from them again.

They remove the VAT (and delivery) and only pay cashback on purchase amount minus VAT. Therefore, a lot less cashback than I expected.

Order tracked quick, but for less amount. Was VAT and delivery taken off the total price I paid? I paid 108.99 and got cash back based on 87....

Finally became payable - 23 March for item bought on 16 Oct. Just thought i would let people know. I am glad Karen Millen is on Topcashback but it takes 5 months to get paid I suppose at least I got it in the end Just be prepared for a long wait
