	Fractional tracking, poor customer service. Tracks based on one quarter of amount paid and even then payout speed is glacial. Don't waste your time, avoid. TCB should vet merchants better than this.

	Yet another dishonest merchant My experience was the same as other reviewers: JustPark attempting to get away with a lower payout. TopCashBack staff were very helpful, but it's such a pity that they are put into a difficult position by merchants who don't do the right thing. Leaves a poor taste in the mouth.

	prepare for a delay in your cashback! Just Park is easy to book with and resolved an issue I had when I got to my parking, as the owner wasn't contactable. Yet, twice now, I've had to lodge a missing claim for the cashback which takes months to resolve. However, Topcashback was quick to issue the first claim into my account of which I am grateful. However, if these companies offered fair prices in the first place it would prevent much hassle.

	Terrible at cash back Just Park never calculate the correct amount of money paid out for the purchase so sometimes the cash back is down as £0.00 or a matter of pence when in reality it is a lot more. Every time I purchase through Just Park, I have to contact customer services at Top Cash back to put in a claim. I have no issue with the customer services team, they are pretty quick to respond or put in the claim for me, and eventually the correct cash back is organised. But is it very frustrating as it has not been the correct amount from the start on any occasion.

	Credit refunds if cancelled not money back I had to cancel a space in Nottingham but you don't get your credit card refunded, you get three months credit on the website instead so be warned. If you don't use that credit, you lose it. Tracking is 'hit n miss' at best- only 33% successful for me.

	*BEWARE* Albany Villas in Brighton *BEWARE* Albany Villas in Brighton cancelled my order at the last minute as they said it was not available and then re-listed the space for more than double the price! JustPark do not control this bad behaviour and have not even responded to my complaint.

	Good for parking but don't expect full cashback Always had a good parking experience but teh cashback process is woefull. Latest episode is that cashback has come through in two tranches but is still only half of what it should be.

	They tried everything to avoid paying Initially didn't track, then had to keep prodding to get the cashback. First they sent me an amount 5x too low, and after chasing this they finally paid the right amount. Doesn't give me a lot of confidence in their customer service attitude.
