Avoid
I ordered an UGGs last year October. I don’t received confirmation of cashback so I made a missing cashback query. On 3rd December 2024 cashback was confirmed and now after ONE YEARS still nothing, I’m still waiting. Avoid.

Disappointing
Had to raise a claim after months of waiting for it to track properly, now it's been sat in confirmed since March. Terrible service from Jules B, won't be using again unfortunately

Always fails
Transactions with JB always fail and I have to raise a manual claim with customer services. CS team do get it sorted though.
