	Declined my cashback after a few weeks. Then you can't get cashback at all from joules at top cashback. I think they should of at least honoured people's cashback that had already made purchases.

	None existent customer service - Failed to deliver - Customer service not interested in resolving refunding etc, so had to go through my credit card provider for a refund. Terrible organisation which cannot be blamed on Covid

	Cash back tracks but is nearly always declined, if part of an order is returned cash back is never paid on items purchased.

	Customer for years purchasing very regularly. Last purchase cashback never tracked despite clearing cookies etc. After several months cashback declined stating TopCash back weren't the final link to the Joules site. Complete fabrication so i haven't spent a penny with Joules since.

	I used a Joules gift card for most of my payment so only received cashback on the difference I paid with my credit card. Seems very unfair.

	They declined cashback one of my transaction without any reason. No goods were returned and nothing different to all other transactions they did pay out. Dissapointing!

	Bought over £100 of clothes at the end of December, my visit got tracked but I'm still waiting for my cashback. I've submitted a claim form and 4 months on still nothing! Very disappointed Joules!
