Tracked fast, plants took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive and were smaller than expected, they were also very pot bound. Plant quality was not too bad and care had been taken over packaging so very little transport damadge. Free postage means that even though I can get similar products delivered quicker from elsewhere product prices are the same so will return and buy again.

Poor! Placed order in April, they took money immediately but no plants. No notification of delay! Finally got reply to email, they "were out of stock for some time" - sorry not my problem, I've paid! Now mid June, have asked for refund "docket printed, can't cancel". I don't mind a delay in my order when the supplier doesn't take my money upfront & keeps me informed. Feel very let down by this company, shoddy customer service. Will not use again!

Cashback showed quickly & went straight to confirmed. Pity plants haven't arrived! Now waited over a month! No way of tracking order & they haven't replied to any emails. I have tried phoning but last time the wait was going to be 39 minutes! I hung up!!!
