Tracked fast, plants took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive and were smaller than expected, they were also very pot bound. Plant quality was not too bad and care had been taken over packaging so very little transport damadge. Free postage means that even though I can get similar products delivered quicker from elsewhere product prices are the same so will return and buy again.

I have used this retailer for a number of years and normally have no complaints. However this year I experienced poor quality garden ready Begonia Sparkle, ordered early March, not received until middle of May. The majority of plugs were too small to handle or plant in my hanging baskets and pouches. I contacted Jersey plants to return the plugs and reimburse. Happily they immediately refunded my credit card and did not require return of the plants. I was only able to grow on 20 of the 70+ Begonias but all are still only approx. 2" in height and width with no flower buds showing - after two months of growing on.

seemed to take ages from being 'confirmed' to 'Payable'. Also i had a query about the item and when contact Jersey Plants direct they werent as customer focused as they could have been. I only chose them due to the cashback - if it wasnt for that i wouldnt have bothered with these

Normally they are very good at payment but I have been waiting for the confirmed payment to become payable now for 5 months. nothing appears to have been received from them at Top Cashback since December

Poor! Placed order in April, they took money immediately but no plants. No notification of delay! Finally got reply to email, they "were out of stock for some time" - sorry not my problem, I've paid! Now mid June, have asked for refund "docket printed, can't cancel". I don't mind a delay in my order when the supplier doesn't take my money upfront & keeps me informed. Feel very let down by this company, shoddy customer service. Will not use again!

Cashback showed quickly & went straight to confirmed. Pity plants haven't arrived! Now waited over a month! No way of tracking order & they haven't replied to any emails. I have tried phoning but last time the wait was going to be 39 minutes! I hung up!!!
