I have used this retailer for a number of years and normally have no complaints. However this year I experienced poor quality garden ready Begonia Sparkle, ordered early March, not received until middle of May. The majority of plugs were too small to handle or plant in my hanging baskets and pouches. I contacted Jersey plants to return the plugs and reimburse. Happily they immediately refunded my credit card and did not require return of the plants. I was only able to grow on 20 of the 70+ Begonias but all are still only approx. 2" in height and width with no flower buds showing - after two months of growing on.

The original item I ordered got lost in the post but when I rang and explained it was a birthday gift theypulled out all the stops and despatched a replacement which arrived speedily and in good condition. Proper customer service not just lip service. will definitely use again.
